First of all I promised to upload everything on sunday but my super slow computer told me NO CAN DO and refused to finish rendering the video. Thankfully I found a way to trick it… by the morning of course.
On the good side, I have been able to challenge myself this weekend with a crazy 1000 x 50kg squat. In todays episode you will see how did I do after all. I will also tell you about my current program for the increase in bench pressing. As promised in this video I will be posting the full strenght building program here also but I take no credit for it!
